Crafted with a focus on origin, time, and traditional methods, this sparkling Riesling is made from hand-harvested, healthy grapes and partially aged in wooden barrels. It undergoes classic bottle fermentation and rests on the lees for 60 months before being disgorged in May 2023. The result is a vibrant wine with delicate bubbles, aromas of green apple and pepper, and layered notes of candied orange zest and floral tones. Crisp, juicy, and refreshingly long on the finish, it pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, vegetables, cheeses, and fruit.
